- US — free standard shipping over $200, otherwise a flat $12. Express (1–2 business days) available at checkout.
- Rest of world (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia and more) — flat $45, tracked.
Timing
- Every clock is handmade to order, so please allow 4–5 weeks from order to delivery in the US.
- International orders can take 1–2 weeks longer.
- The product page always shows your estimated delivery window before you order.
- Changed your mind? Cancel any time before your clock ships for a full refund.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your clock ships. If it hasn't moved for 5 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Duties and taxes
US prices include sales tax where required. International customers pay any import duties on delivery; we're not able to prepay these.
