How big are the clocks?
Three sizes: Small (45 cm / 17.7"), Standard (55 cm / 21.6") and XL (65 cm / 25.5"). All are about 10 cm (4") deep to make room for the shelves. Standard is the size in most of our photos.
Are the candles real?
No open flames. The candles and the little lamp are battery-powered LEDs with a warm flicker. Two AA batteries (included) run them for roughly 120 hours. Safe around kids, pets and bookshelves.
Does the clock make noise?
The movement is a quiet quartz sweep; you'll hear a soft tick if you stand right next to it, nothing from across the room.
Is every clock really unique?
Yes. Each is hand-assembled, so the exact placement of books, candles and paintings varies a little from piece to piece. Every clock ships with a numbered authenticity card.
Can I rearrange the miniatures?
The books and objects are glued in place so they survive shipping and hanging. If you'd like a particular arrangement, email us before your order ships and we'll do our best.
Ordering and shipping
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders placed before November 30 ship the week of December 15, in time for the holidays. US orders then arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes for international orders are collected by your local customs on delivery.
How is it packed?
In a signature gift box with a moulded insert that holds the clock and its miniatures in place, inside a plain outer carton. Batteries included.
Hanging and care
How do I hang it?
Each clock ships with a wall-mount bracket, two heavy-duty anchors and screws, plus an illustrated guide. It takes about five minutes with a screwdriver and a level. See the care guide for details.
How do I clean it?
A soft brush or a gentle puff of air for the shelves; a dry microfibre cloth for the frame. No water or sprays.
Returns and warranty
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original box, for a full refund. Details in our return policy.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 2-year craftsmanship warranty covers the frame, shelves, glued miniatures, LED candles, lamp and clock movement. If any of it fails under normal use, we repair or replace it free.
Something arrived broken. What now?
Email a photo to hello@zeequa.com within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement part or clock right away, at our cost.
