Every Zeequa clock is covered for two years from the day it's delivered. If something we made fails under normal use, we fix it or replace it, free, including shipping both ways in the US.
What's covered
- The wooden frame, shelves and centre disc: cracks, warping, or paint lifting that isn't caused by impact or moisture.
- Miniatures that come unglued.
- The LED candles and lamp, including their wiring and switch (batteries are not covered).
- The quartz clock movement and hands.
What's not covered
- Damage from drops, knocks, improper hanging, water, steam, heat or direct sun.
- Normal wear such as slight fading of paint over years of daylight.
- Modifications, repairs by others, or miniatures you added yourself.
- Batteries.
How to make a claim
- Email hello@zeequa.com with your order number (or the number on your authenticity card) and a photo or short video of the problem.
- We reply within one business day. Most issues (a loose book, a candle that stopped flickering) are solved by sending you the part with a simple guide.
- If the clock needs to come back to the studio, we send a prepaid label and return it repaired, or send a replacement, within 10 business days of receiving it.
Why two years, not "lifetime"
We'd rather make a promise we can keep precisely than a vague one. Two years covers anything that could be our fault in making the clock. After that, we still help: replacement candles, lamps, movements and miniatures are available at cost for as long as we make the clocks.
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
