Short version: free US shipping over $200, worldwide delivery, tracked every step, packed like it matters.
Rates
- US — free standard shipping over $200, otherwise a flat $12. Express (1–2 business days) available at checkout.
- Canada — flat $25.
- Rest of world — calculated at checkout, typically $35–$60.
Timing
- In-stock clocks leave the studio within 2 business days.
- Pre-orders ship in the window shown on the product page (currently the week of December 15).
- US delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipping; international 7–14.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your clock ships. If it hasn't moved for 5 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Duties and taxes
US prices include sales tax where required. International customers pay any import duties on delivery; we're not able to prepay these.
